  8.   This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you
  9.   (either personal or corporate) and Aad Meeldijk ("Author")
  10.   for the software product "IdleBackup" ("Software").
  11.   BY COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY KIND, YOU AGREE
  12.   TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
  13.   LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT.

  15.   IdleBackup is FREEWARE. You can freely use this software
  16.   and distribute copies of the ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION FILE as
  17.   long as NO ALTERATIONS are made to the file 
  18.   "IdleBackupApplUnit.dcu" and no charge is raised except
  19.   a reasonable fee for distributing costs. Any other way of
  20.   distributing this software is prohibited. Contact the Author

  23.   The software is partly owned by the author (IdleBackupApplUnit.dcu)
  24.   and this part is protected by copyright law.

  29.   VirtualExplorerTree Library under GNU Lesser General Public License V3.
